What if TWG players were WWE writers...
.... If you could look back in history, what memorable moments in WWE history would you alter or change the outcome of and why? What would be your long term plan behind it?
Re: What if TWG players were WWE writers...
I'd definitely give people like Dolph Ziggler, The Miz, Bray Wyatt, and Cody Rhodes a push by now.

That's probably the most honest answer that this topic is ever going to get. Lol.

If it was me, and I, for some reason, wasn't able to bring the actual attitude era back, I'd at least make the change over from the attitude era better.
When WWE switched over from the Attitude Era, it began to establish Cena as the face of the company, and continued to do so.. and continued to do so, and now, about 15 years later, Cena is still here as the face of the company. Yeah, he's done a great job as the face of the company, but everybody needs change. Look at around the attitude era times, it was always changing. For a while, The Rock was the face of WWE, then for a while it was Stone Cold, then there was Mick Foley in the mix as well.
Well, what WWE failed to do was to begin [around 2004 and 2005] to get other members of the roster prepared to move up into the big spotlight enough to take over as the face of the company. They've failed to push anyone enough to the believability that they'd end up being the face of the company, over John Cena.

Here is something I would change Wrestlemania 3 Hogan Vs Andre.
Andre wins the title, and Hogan would be injured and disappears, Andre dominates his competition, up until the next wrestle mania, Hogan returns and beats Andre at wrestlemania 4, Andre presents Hogan the belt and shakes his hand then retires

I see what your idea is here, and I like it. Would've given Andre a great way to exit.

Hmm. Yeah.
I mean, there was Kane, back in the day.
I think you're gonna like the secondary show that is in the works.

If it was me, I'd probably go with less Cena, but idk about no cena. He is, afterall, WWE's money cow.
I'd assume about 75% of WWE's fans are children age 13 and under, who all LOVE John Cena. Then, I'd assume another 17.5-20% of his fans are the parents of the children who are his fans. Then, the other 5-7.5% are the people who see John Cena for what he is, excellent crowd hype.
Re: What if TWG players were WWE writers...
Without going overboard in huge long term plans and stuff I'll give a simpler answer - have Cesaro pushed big time. Establish some kind of big trinity of Rollins, Cesaro and Reigns as main players and keeping Lesnar, Orton, Shaemus, Ambrose around them as regular big names. Try and get more high fliers into the upper card level starting with Neville. And for god's sake create a tag team division with more than 2 teams that are relevant. Maybe have AJ and Jericho there, Rusev and Del Rio, R Truth and Goldust, Dudleys, any combination of Wyatt's, Ziggler and Swagger, Miz and Breeze as some big time tag teams joining Usos and New Day. Try and revive the hardy, dudley, edge and christian times. And everyone from the mentioned people that is not included in main tag play(not all of theee tags should be I was just giving options) have a good run in the middle card championships along with Cena, Owens, Zayn etc. And see how it goes from there

Omg, Basil, nah, this is the place for you TO GO overboard, if anything.
I know this is a late reply but I didn't even see this til now somehow.
Just go ham, give us your full run down on the roster, Basil. haha.
